Digital Conference Overview and Logistics

Welcome and Event Overview

Thank you very much for registering for the 2016 ACFCS Digital Conference, June 8th and 9th, taking place online and presented by PwC, with Platinum sponsorship by IBM.

The ACFCS 2016 Digital Conference extends the training, insights and dialogue on critical financial crime challenges that began at the June 1st and 2nd live event to a broader online audience.

On June 8th, expert presenters will tackle trade-based financial crime and Chinese underground finance, terrorist financing and its intersections with transnational organized crime, and how to better recognize and safeguard yourself against cybercrime threats. In addition, a FinCEN representative will provide a special guest presentation on the agency’s new customer due diligence rule and its impact on financial crime compliance programs.

On June 9th, expert presenters will address digital currencies and their risks, synthetic ID fraud, financial crime issues for MSBs, trends in human trafficking, and law enforcement lessons on investigating financial crime.
